A Single Day of Team Development
Introduction
It is Team work that creates the will and focus to achieve exceptional results.
OnwardsUpwards facilitate this unique experience to highlight the Key Attributes
of an exceptional team. We aim to motivate participants to identify with those
attributes, and discuss and discover how they are currently affected and what
improvements can be made in future.
Main Objectives
- Influence participants to discuss and discover Key Attributes of Team work
- Gain an understanding of the current effects of Key Attributes on the Team
- To daw out true personality within the Team
- To strengthen and build on relationships
- To discuss and discover how Key Attributes can be improved upon
Method
OnwardsUpwards facilitate a combination of active activities throughout
the day to highlight key issues, broken up with relaxed discussion and
review sessions aimed at having an ‘open floor’ approach to
encourage input from participants.
Key Attributes such as, Communication, Purpose, Commitment, Trust will be highlighted along with many others as the day progresses.
Action Plan
9:00hrs - Introduction to site and staff, safety and environment boundaries.
9:15hrs - Warm up activities/games for body and mind.
10:00hrs - Tea & Coffee Open discussion & review on current Team views.
10:30hrs - Team Building activities to focus on Communication and Trust.
12:30hrs - Working lunch, discussion & review session.
13:30hrs - Team bonding activities e.g. climbing wall, assault course,
abseil.
15:30hrs - Review of the day’s activities, how can we take our experiences
with us?
This program can be delivered for 12 participants at approximately £1050.
